一、 申請時間及方式 Application time and method
(一) 申請時間：2025/12/01~2025/12/22(23:50)
Application time：2025/12/01 to 2025/12/22 23:50.
(二) 申請方式
E校園服務網e-Campus ----學務系統-Student Affairs---寒暑假短期住宿申請Short-term accommodation application。
**僅限申請乙次，切勿重複申請apply once only
Application method：E-Campus Service Network ---- Student Affairs System---Short-term accommodation application for winter and summer vacations.
** You can only apply once, please do not apply again
二、 住宿日期(可申請日期)：2026/1/11~2/7 及 2/8~2/20 (為春節期間住宿，僅開放境外生申請全住或全不住)。
Accommodation dates (available dates for application): 2026/1/11 to 2/7 and 2026/2/8 to 2/20 ( Chinese New Year Vacation. Only overseas students are open to apply to live in full or not at all.)
三、 住宿費計算
(一) 以周為單位。每周560元，不滿一週者以一週計。
(二) 境外生春節期間住宿繳費金額2,620元。 (含兩周住宿費560*2=1,120元+管理費1,500元) (accommodation fee is 560*2 weeks =1,120 +management fee 1,500=2,620)
(三) 均另收保證金deposit 550元
Calculation basis for 2026 winter vacation dormitory fee
(1) In units of weeks. NT$560 per week, if less than one week, it will be counted as one week.
(2) The accommodation fee for overseas students during the Chinese New Year is NT$2,620. The accommodation list will be provided after investigation by the International Affairs Office.(accommodation fee is 560*2 weeks =1,120 +management fee 1,500=2,620)
(3) A deposit deposit of NT$550 is required.
四、 繳費時間與方式 Payment time and method：

2025/12/26~2026/01/07 逾期視同放棄
Payment time：
December 26th, 2025 ~ January 7th, 2026. Expiration will be deemed as giving up.
(二)繳費方式
查詢及繳費網址(元大享學平台) Payment Web：

1.~請選擇學校~下拉選單.選擇”靜宜大學”
2.登入帳號:輸入學號
3.身分驗證碼(6~16英數字):輸入西元出生年月日
(1)文興樓繳費機繳費，可從「靜宜新生活」APP之待繳清單QR 掃描繳費
(2)ATM轉帳
(3)列印繳費單至郵局繳費
(4)四大超商繳費

2.Log in to your account: Enter your student ID number.
3. Identity verification code (6–16 alphanumeric characters): Enter your date of birth in the Gregorian calendar (YYYYMMDD).
(1) Pay at Bishop Kupfer Hall payment machine.
(2) Use ATM to pay.
(3) Print the payment slip and pay it to the post office for payment.
(4) 4 convenience stores to pay.
