靜宜大學111年寒假住宿防疫規定事項2022 Dorm rules in PU (For winter break)
因應COVID-19新型變種病毒Omicron蔓延，1月23日起寒假住宿期間將採取預防管制措施請所有有申請寒假住宿之同學配合實施：*Due to the spread of new COVID-19 variant (Omicron), new epidemic prevention rules will be enforced during the winter break, effective 1/23.
一、 單一樓層搭乘專一電梯(或樓梯)出入，請依現場指示分層分流管制。
1. Take respective elevators& stairs to reinforce social distancing. Please follow the instructions.
二、 各樓層大廳管制使用，不得逗留或聯誼、聚集。
2. Social gathering is prohibited in lobbies and other common areas.
三、 入住前請繳交” 111年寒假住宿因應嚴重特殊傳染性肺炎健康關懷問卷”以供備查。(如附件，請自行先列印並填寫)
3. Submit “2022 COVID-19 Health Declaration Document for Accommodation in Dormitory” to the desk before you registered your room。 (For attachments, please print and fill in first)
四、 每日請確實量測體溫並刷卡查驗，住宿期間未主動出示體溫量測APP者經勸導者後仍不配合，將予以退宿。
4.Please take body temperature and swipe cards every day. We will check it every time。If you don’t take it , will be evicted.
五、 住宿期間嚴禁跨樓層或進入他人寢室聊天、聯誼。
5. Students are prohibited from going to other floors or staying others’ rooms.
六、 晚上12：00門禁以後，入舍者均須填寫晚歸表並量測體溫(或出示APP)、註明來處(縣市地區)。
6. After 00:00, students will be asked to fill out the “late return form” and take body temperature. In addition, students need to reveal their tracks.
七、 住宿期間若有身體不適(尤其是類似感冒等上呼吸道感染、喉嚨痛等)請先以寢室電話通告思高服務台11254，以便暫時安置至空寢室並安排就醫。
7. Call 11254 to Bosco desk if you have any symptom (Sore throat, fatigue, respiratory infection and so on). Student will be arranged to a single room and wait for further hospitalization
八、 以上各項防疫規定若違犯累計達三次者，將予以退宿。其他未列舉事項將依據宿舍管理辦法實施。
8.Above it, a resident who gets caught for 3 times will be evicted immediately.Regarding other regulations, please check student dormitories regulations in PU.
